Carolina

Director and Founder
Carolina is a high school student living in New York City. She has been studying Spanish at an advanced level for six years, and has spent time in Spain, Mexico and various countries in South America. She tutors Spanish-speaking families, with a primary focus on women and children.

Carolina is passionate about helping others, curious about diverse cultures, and fascinated by stories of human resilience. She spends most of her time outside of school volunteering with organizations that support migrant families. Through that work, she realized that migrants critically need free English language support to help set them up for success in the United States. It is from here that The Language Love Community Project was born.

Driven by a love for teaching, Carolina gets deep satisfaction from helping her clients strengthen their English language skills and grow their confidence. Her work has helped clients succeed in school, find employment, and navigate social systems.

Carolina meets with clients 7 days a week.
